The company covers an area of 200 mu and has an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of liquid glass. It has one new product technology development center, two glass bottle production bases and four deep-processing plants, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It can provide product design, glass bottle manufacturing and deep-processing services such as polishing, frosting, baking, decals, gold painting, glaze spraying, printing and so on. The company's main products are crystal white glass wine bottles, artificial wine glasses, wine utensils and other glassware, and containers for drug packaging.

The company focuses on the manufacturing of daily-use glass bottles, always guided by the needs of customers, and realizes the quality assurance of products by building a high-quality talent team and the continuous upgrading of production technology and equipment. At present, the company has more than 500 employees, including 1 master of engineering, 4 MBA degrees, 2 double Bachelor of engineering, 57 core management personnel with college or technical secondary school degree or above, and a large number of glass bottle manufacturing technicians from all over the country. They have complete talents in daily glass bottle design, manufacturing, inspection and new product development.

The production equipment of the company has domestic professional full-automatic bottle counting control machine, large-scale automatic batching system, PLC controlled glass melting furnace, intelligent printing production line, picking production line for customized products and other advanced manufacturing equipment.

Since 2008, the company has invested tens of millions of yuan in the development and application of waste gas treatment technology for daily glass kilns. The waste gas treatment of four glass kilns has achieved stable and up to standard emission, providing a reliable guarantee for the continuous operation of production units and the supply of customers' products.
